Elmhurst is seeking a dedicated and organized Residential Manager.
Must be comfortable with all aspects of DSP work along with managerial duties. The RM must be a problem solver and able to balance administrative requirements along with the day-to-day care of the members. Prefer at least one years experience as a DSP or in a similar residential care / human services environment. Daytime shifts (6am-2pm, 7am-3pm)
Requirements include passing a background check, high school diploma or equivalent, clean driving record, current drivers license and valid insurance.
This full time position supervises the overall operation of a residential program at a specific location; ensures that the residential facility is, first and foremost, a home in the best sense of the word.
